Comment cards onboard give us feedback from about 60% to 70% of our cruisers. Much of it is valuable and some is garbage. We pay very close attention to trends and ideas. Total Cruisecritic Members represent only between 1% and 2% of all cruisers. As we all well know here, some posts are priceless and some are hopeless.
