NCL Cozumel SemiSub excursion

We prebooked the semisub excursion before I read reviews on the Cozumel board. One poster who had done a semisub excursion commented that there was a long walk from where the bus lets you out just to get to the sub. On that excursion several people actually passed out on the walk. I called NCL's Shore Escursion desk to cancel the excursion, since I can't easily walk long distances, and was told that there are several companies offering a semisub excursion in Cozumel. I think the poster mentioned an RCL excursion. The NCL person told me that she hadn't seen or heard anything about a long walk. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Should I cancel? I know there are 4 - 5 steps to go down, but as long as I can hold onto something, I think I can do that, it is just the long walk that is worrying me. Oh, and if you have done it, did you find it enjoyable?
