I had to cancel my recent cruise for health problems. Insured the cruise through travelex. All papers are in to them. Any idea how long until I get the refund? Thanks!

I have used Travel Guard and it took less than 2 weeks for me to get a check in the mail. Just make sure that you know exactly what they want from doctors, airlines etc. and turn it in the first time.
