Booking extras

OK, we sail on the 3rd August. Tonight we booked a couple of excursions online. No problem there but when we tried to book a romance package this was not possible. Only phone bookings. The NCL number we had could not book so they transferred us. The dept that we were sent to gave us a recorded message that we were past opening hours and to check the website for the hours of opening. So we did and according to the website they should have been open for another 45 minutes. So now we have to try again tomorrow (or phone the USA)!

They do not charge for the excursions, because you can change them up until 24hrs prior to your trip. But any of the romance packages are charged to your credit card. :)
