JaneBP Posted September 27, 2008 #6 Share Posted September 27, 2008 One of my favorite things to do if I am 'restless' is to check out this website over and over again. Invariably a random file will crop up and I will see something new. I was interested to see that the Spirit had a brief respite without cruisers and a lot of maintenance was done. Fun pictures. Martita B. Posted September 27, 2008 #7 Share Posted September 27, 2008 Jane I was just viewing Capt. G-A's photos of the Spirit's "wet dock." I wonder if the other Sister's suite carpet will be replaced? Have a nice weekend!:p MB

Have a nice weekend!:p MB Well, it says 'where needed' and 'quite a few' so perhaps not all of them. I don't think they replaced the suite carpets on the last dry dock, just public areas. I should think it would be a very large project and with only a short time. It's always fun to see my our favorite spots, isn't it?

LaPaloma Posted September 27, 2008 #10 Share Posted September 27, 2008 The last time we were on SS, they replaced carpets while we were aboard. They were very fast and efficient. I heard a couple of grumbles, but not many.
