Finally I have gotten all of our pictures together on a slideshow that shows the story of our cruise. Good thing that pics are worth a thousand words, because I don't think I could describe that many in detail.:p

This was our 5th cruise, it sailed on my birthday, and was an early birthday present for my SO, Wayne. We flew down his daughter (who he has not seen in 10 plus years), her family and a friend of their son's for this trip, and treated them to a cruise. Not only was it a early birthday gift for him, it was a gift for his Grandson's graduation (who was a baby the last time Wayne saw him). We had a wonderful time, we managed to spend time to get to know each other as well as have time for ourselves as seperate families at the same time. Not an easy task but we did it. We went to Cozumel, Mexico, the Cayman Islands, and Ocho Rios Jamaica. We did a Royal Swim with the dolphins in Cozumel, the Stingray City & Rum Point tour in the Caymans, and in Ocho Rios, we just chilled for the day. We had an awesome time, won lots in the casino, I met a fellow CC'er PaulMedik and his wife Karen, I won my very 1st ship on a stick at trivia:D , and wouldn't trade any of the memories for anything. The ship was beautiful as always, she's become my favorite, the food was good (the only thing that's changed that I didn't like was the sweet & sour shrimp sauce is differet, I liked it better the other way, but that's me), entertainment was good, and we had an awesome time. If there's any questions, I'll try and answer them, hope you guys enjoy the pics.

Really enjoyed the photos; felt like i was there with you. Did you book your excursion for the dophin swim through Carnival? We will be on the Liberty next month.
No, we booked on-line with Dolphin Discovery. The cruiseline didn't offer the royal swim on-line, they offered a little of everything but. I booked on-line and they sent me an e-mail saying I should hear back within a few days with a confirmation #. Also in the fine print, it said to call a certain number for instructions on how to go about receiving the free transportation to & from the park. I called the number and they told me what to do, they also told me the driver's tip is included in this which was good to know being as how the driver tried to get us to pay him. I then checked our e-mail from the ship for our confirmation time and it was there as promised, I printed it out and took it with us to Dolphin Discovery at Chankanaab. We had no problems and I would do it again.:)

Wow - great pics - thanks for sharing your cruise with us. Glad everything went well and looks like everyone had a great time!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed them! We really did have a good time, wish I would have thought to take a shot with Paul & his family when we ran into them.:o Guess I was too busy talking, to think. I was trying not to talk & think at the same time being as how I was on vacation.:p I think & talk at work, it was rest & playtime for us. I can't wait to go on another, we have Freedom booked for Jan, but are thinking of switching it to the Splendor if everything works out. The kids will be in school then and they don't want to miss any school. May be tricky, I don't really have any family that can come & stay with them, we'll see. Wish us luck there, I know I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can come up with something. Glad you enjoyed the pics though. I didn't take as many this time as I have been on Liberty before & have tons of pics in that scrapbook already, this time I was more able to focus on family.
