Changing cabins 2 weeks before cruise?

We cruise in 17 days so everything is paid for. Is it possible to upgrade if there are staterooms still left? Is there a cost to change in addition to the difference in price between the 2 rooms? I booked and paid through expedia if that makes a difference. We have an inside cabin and I was wondering if there might be a decent price on an outside this close to sailing. Thanks for any input!

Re-opening the contract may make you subject to the current Terms & Conditions in which case the fuel supplement may be more.

Some TAs (I don't know about the one you mentioned) charge administration fees as well.
