Are we going to Grand Cayman?

We are sailing on the Explorer on November 7th with a scheduled stop in Grand Cayman on the 12th. Our travel agent said that we will not be going,however; when I called Royal Caribbean they informed me that it is still a planned stop.

Does anyone have any updated information? I certainly understand if we can't make the port, it would just be nice knowing what the alternative might be.
