Recipe for Baked Stuffed White Mushrooms

Does anyone have the recipe for Carnival's Baked Stuffed White Mushrooms with Spinach, Romono Cheese and herbs? Had this in late July on the Glory and it was to die for!! Would love to be able to make it at home. Thanks!

Someone posted a picture of this dish and it looked incredible. It was really that good, huh? I'll have to order it in January.

It was wonderful! Four of us at our dinner table had it and just loved it. Sad that I am not having any luck in getting the recipe.
