Which areas do I need to bid on to be closest to the airport and POM? I have never used priceline before.

You would have to bid the "Miami Airport Zone" or the "Miami Downtown zone".

Go to betterbidding.com to learn the rules and gets hints on bidding. A lot depends on when you are traveling, as far as price goes.

You cannot be close to the airport AND the port. The airport hotels will run less expensive.
