Allergies

On Royal Caribbean and Celebrity they have been great about accommodating my shellfish allergies. However, with your allergies being very common foods, you will probably need to be very diligent. Are your allergies severe? If so, be sure to carry benadryl and an EpiPen with you at ALL times.

For Royal Caribbean & Celebrity there is an e-mail address that you can write to in advance and they will notify the ship. Once onboard, speak to the maitre d', your assistant head waiter, your waiter and your assistant waiter so they are all aware of your allergies. The buffet may be problematic for you - so you may wind up eating in the dining room more often.

Hope this helps!
