Who are the Spas on the RCCL ships operated by? Are they run by Steiner?

Yep, Steiner runs them.

Yes- and they are overpriced and give you a hard sell afterwards. I love getting a facial, and on our last trip on the Voyager, I decided it would be my last time at the spa. They didn't give me the facial I asked for, instead giving me one that was more expensive, and then pushed me to buy their products. I won't be going again.

I LOVE their Frangiapani Hair & Scalp Treatment and some of their hair products. I hate the hard sell as well, however I do stock up on some of my favorite hair products during my cruises :)
