Sea trek helmet diving in cabo

I haven't done the helmet diving, but I've done snuba (Hawaii) and a "intro to scuba" dive in Cabo. The helmet diving looks like it might be a little better than snuba because you don't have to deal with the regulator, mask, etc.

It's my opinion that if you have access to an intro to diving excursion, take it. Because you are free, with an instructor nearby of course, to roam around. Snuba and helmet diving you are tethered to the air line.

But, if you're not quite up for that, and want to try something different underwater, the helmet dive should be pretty cool. Hopefully you'll get a great dive location in Cabo. (Check the snuba in cabo post here also? page 2)

Have fun.
