Discovery Cove vs Cozumel Dolphins

I am trying to decide if I should do the dolphin swim with the kids in Cozumel or Discovery Cove.

 

I am worried about it being too cold in Discovery Cove (we´ll be there at the beginning of December). I think Discovery Cove looks amazing but if I don´t do the swim in Cozumel and it is chilly in Florida.....

 

Are the other activities in Discovery Cove nice (birds , aquarium etc)?

 

My daughter's dream is a dolphin swim so have to make a decision!

We were in Cozumel a couple of years ago in December and it was one of the nicest days on our cruise. Even with a little light rain, it was gorgeous. We all ended up at Chankanaab Park and my daughter, our friend's daughter, and I did the dolphin encounter. It was a short cab right from the dock and there were activities for everyone. :)
