Are mystery dinners on brilliance any good? thinking about it,?

We did the Mystery Dinner with some fellow "Bar Crawlers" on our March Brilliance cruise and had a blast. Well worth the extra $$. Good meal in Portafino's and lots of laughs!

How do they work - do the guests take part ?

We went to the mystery dinner while on the Brilliance 2 years ago. We did enjoy it.

While they guests are having dinner the cast perform a little skit. Then each team(table) get a chance to ask each cast member questions. At the end of the evening the teams guess who the murderer is and the motive. The winning team get a prize (champagne I think). We didn't win. We guessed correctly who done it but not the reason why.

It was fun and we would do it again, but only if it were a different plot.

We did the Mystery dinner with our group from Cruise Critic. It was fun, and the dinner was VERY good. Next time I would just enjoy the dinner on our own though since it was kind of pricey. But it was fun.

We are leaving on the Navigator on Dec 24 - Does anyone know if they have mystery dinners? If so what is the cost involved?
