jamie0483 Posted August 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2008 We want to see the turtles! Can anyone recommend a good sailing/snorkeling excursion that takes you to see them? We would like to see a shipwreck too. Anyone have a great experience? Thanks
green eyed lady Posted August 21, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2008 Silvermoon...we just did it 2 weeks ago...we were on the 24 person one....it was great...they picked us up at 9:00 and the sailing was 9:30 to 2:30. We went to 2 snorkel sites...turtles and shipwreck. My kids snorkeled at both and had a great time! They give you lunch which was yummy and unlimited drinks...soda, water, beer, rum punch and I think pina coladas. They have nets on the front where you can lay out in the sun and 2 seats that kind of hang off the ship plus plenty of seating in the main part of the catamaran, both in the sun and the shade. I highly recommend it :D
lovetocruise99 Posted August 24, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2008 We went with Thriller Tour last June and are booked to go again next month. His tour makes three stops but doesn't include lunch. Here's a full review of his tour and some photos. If you go make sure to try the rum punch. http://familytravelfun.com/thrillertourbarbados.html
