I had a blast on this cruise. Last time I cruised was about 13 years ago, and I barely remember it being so young. Now that I'm 21, I had a blast. I went on only knowing my mom. Ended up meeting some amazing people. First off I want to say that Sean Burns, plays acoustic guitar at the Polo Club at night, and we made that a nightly event. After he finished playing we would go to the local bars in Bermuda with him, and some other cruise members. I also hung out with Crimson Sky, the Ventriliquist, and closed the bar in Bermuda (White Horse) with John the cruise director every night in Bermuda. At the polo bar, I met a girl, and we met some more people. I ended up having a huge group of people to hang out with, and the last day was amazing. Le Bistro was great with the 32 oz porterhouse, watch out though we racked up a 70 dollar tab on the steak, surcharges, and carbonated water.

The disco was a bit disapointing until the night of the White Hot Party, which was clearly the best thing on the cruise. A dance in the main show room, which eventually moved downstairs to the Disco. I met a few cool girls there and we all had a blast. The following night a fight errupted at the club, but We were fine. It was a girl fight, so I sat back on the bench and hung out with the girl I had been with all night.

All in all I had a blast. In fact, even at the Latitudes reception, the girl in charged called me out by name. People got to know me, and it was quite fun hanging out with the staff.

We had a blast and I want to go back!! Mostly I miss the people I met on there

Here are a few pictures we all took

we had a blast, only thing I wish i did that i didn't was the pub craw.

The beer tasting was well worth the 15 bucks as we tried half a glass of 5 beers, and they gave me what was left.

Eric and Elena in the polo bar are great bar tenders.

Was anyone else there? Recognize me?

Hey! Great pictures and glad you had a great time!! We are booked for next June and have been anxious to read some Majesty reviews.

Here are some questions if you have time:

1) Did they have any other theme nights except for the white hot one?

2) Was LeBistro really worth it?

4) What deck were you on?

5) When you went to the beach, did you book the excursion through the ship or did you go on your own?

6) Did you feel really safe walking there at night?

Thanks in advance! Any other tips will be greatly appreciated!!

1. There was an optional formal night one night, and there was a night based on the casino named Monte Carlo night. I pretty much always dressed up at night with a button down and jeans or khakis.

2. Le Bistro was great, best steak I've had in years, however, the Beef Wellington at Seven Seas on Monday night (I believe) was to die for. If you have the extra money to spend go to Le Bistro, its a VERY classy place, just dont be the guy wearing jeans and a polo in there.

4. I was on deck 4. The elevators are slow, so people press a button and decide to walk. The walking was easy for be being young, except when I was drunk. Deck 4 near the middle of the ship 4041, was terrific. We even had a refrigerator, and not much rocking of the boat. Clean room, and great cleaning crew. Most of the people I met were on 4 and some were on 3.

5. We simply went to beaches. Except for one excursion, we booked the Helmet diving which was very much worth it. You can feed the fish out of your hands. Other than that, we took a taxi to St Catherines, which was 8 dollars each way. At St Catherines walk up to the top of the hill to the restaurant, get a rum swizzle there, its cheaper than at the beach side bar, then go down the steps and find a somewhat hidden area to snorkle and see some very cool fish. The next day we went to Horseshoe Beach. 40 dollars each way, you could take a bus but we didn't feel like wasting time. Had a good time there, its croweded but keep walking to your left, thats where I found a high rock to climb up, and it keeps going with less people

6. I was fine at night. Didn't see anything dangrous just people hanging out. I went to the white horse which is literally across the bridge and to the left, 7 dollar coors lights and 8 dollar swizzles, break the bank, but its the closest and you can be back on the ship in 2 minutes.

If you have any other questions please let me know! :D

oh and also some other tips:

Beer is not served on the ship after like 330, so stock up, because we begged and begged, and only once got it, when the club closed. Mixed drinks are outrageous 10 bucks, but their good. You can't be concerned about the money you spend on alcohol or you wont have a good time worrying.

I really recommend the helmet diving

Get out early to get a table outside if you want.

The pasta/ster fry buffet is terrific, i waited about 30 mins but they make it right in front of you for you, it was delicious.

Enjoy meeting people, everyone was nice, crew was nice, and like I said I hung out with the Cruise Director, Chief of Security, Guitar Player, Keyboard Player, and Ventrilquist. Its terrific

DON'T MISS SEAN in the polo bar, hes great, and when you go if hes there, say Bart requests you play Family Tradition. Hes a very talented player and instead of tips i'd buy him beers. One night he was doing jagerbombs, and shots of whiskey...

I can't think of anything else, I forget a lot of things at night, due to the alcohol, but I had the time of my life. Its a small ship but its a nice ship, enjoy it in its last years with NCL

We were on the same sailing! It was a great cruise! We really enjoyed Crimson Sky each night. They were definitely entertaining.

So what happened in the disco? Was it the last night?

Lisa

I never saw Crimson Sky, just hung out with the piano player at the bar late at night.

It was the last night, John was in there too. I dont think he was even sure what happened cause I was talking to him. I'm not sure, but there were a group of people who got in a fight I've heard some conflicting stories so I'm not sure, but I saw a guy whos face was all bloody and needed stiches and some girl who lost her shoe, so they shut the place down. I doubt this is typical, and I felt no danger honestly, I sat in the corner where I had been with a friend an my two girls I was with. I walked them out and parents were all there concerned, but we were all safe. So we went upstairs to deck 10 to smoke a cuban.

Hey Bart!

Thanks for all of the great info! You sound like a fun person to hang out with - want to go next June? lol

That's crazy about the fight. In all of my cruises, I have never seen anyone even exchange words. I guess it may have happened, but I didn't have to see it!

I will definitely tell them that Bart says "hi" - I'm sure they will remember you :D

Thanks again - I'm going to print all of this out and put it in my Bermuda folder!

Deb
