Really getting discouraged...ugh!!!

About a week and a half ago I e-mail Smugglers Run to reserve a horseback riding tour for this December. I found 2-3 different email addresses for Trevor & Cathy on these boards so I sent an e-mail to all of them and have heard nothing back. I have heard nothing but great reviews from this company, but I am getting quite discouraged because if they are supposed to be that good, why do they not respond to e-mails eny faster than what they do? I am getting the impression that they do not want my business??? Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to vent here, I am just a little upset because I have never had any company that I have booked tours thru take this long to respond. With that being said, does anyone here on these boards have any OTHER suggestions for reliable and licensed tour companies that offer horseback riding tours with lunch in Belize? Thanks again & I apologize if I sound like a prude!!!!

I do not know anythoing about the company, but did you by chance check your spam folder if you have one? Sometimes when I miss emails they end are found in spam. Good Luck!

Yes, I did check there and found nothing. Oh well, I guess I'll start looking elsewhere.

We like Banana Bank Lodge- check them out for horseback riding.

Also, it is possible that internet service in Belize is still on old dial-up lines, and it might be harder for people to check than those of us in the US who have come to expect instant answers. ;)

Thanks OttoCal... I checked out Banana Bank Lodge and it looks pretty nice. Did you do the horseback riding tour there? It looks like it may last a good while with all the other things they do too and I didn't know if it would be pushing it too close since we will be arriving by cruise ship? I e-mailed them and asked a few questions, so hopefully they will get back with me soon. Thanks again and have a great day!
