Caribbean Princess Gym Questions

I am pretty sure they have aerobics (step, etc) for free. I think they offer pilates and spinning for a charge ($10, I think). I know there are plenty of treadmills, steppers, machines, etc. I have also heard that the gym is not very crowded and it is pretty easy to get a machine. I would like to know more details too. When are classes offered? Are they worth the extra $$$?

You can download the Lotus Spa brochure (just for the Caribbean and Sapphire Princess, since Princess runs those spas) and on the last couple of pages it lists all the fitness classes, including those that have a charge. There are plenty that are complimentary and it looks like a good selection too. :)

The brochure can be found here:
