I have been snorkeling in Santa Maria Bay. It is really pretty, just below the Twin Dolphins Hotel. We took a taxi there when we stayed in Cabo once and it was recommended to be one of the best places to snorkel in the area.

We leave on November 6 on the Diamond Princess. Have fun!

Did the Las Caletas tour a couple of years ago. It was fun. The ride down is about an hour with "entertainment" from the crew and drinks. When you get there they serve you lunch. There are some tables right on the sand of the beach. If you get a chance try and get one of them. Its awesome. Other than that you have several hours to lay on the beach, kayak, snorkel, go to the "spa" its pretty laid back. You are there for several hours so best if you like beach time. The ride back is quicker as they don't ride the shoreline giving you PV info as they do on the ride down
