Dive In A Day

I guess it's a class in the morning and then 2 dives in the afternoon for people who are not certified. My mom and I have always wanted to scuba but haven't taken the classes and wondering if anyone has tried this.

OK, this is refered to as a tourist dive. You are only able to dive that day, with that class. You will not be able to dive anywhere else. However, if you've always wanted to try it, go for it. It's perfectly safe. Just know that it is not a "regular" certification class. It's just for one day.

Most of the Resort Dives have a class and pool time in the morning then in the afternoon take you to do two separate dives. If you stay in Key West longer than a day and take the class and dive one day, you can dive again that week without re-taking the class and just paying for the dive. A very nice operation is
