Nickelodeon Cruises

Recommended Posts

I saw that Royal Caribbean had two Nick cruises this year. My son is only nine months old atm, but I'm thinking for the future when he's a little older.

Have any of you cruised a Nick cruise before? I've cruised with another family with kids before and they love Adventure Ocean, but I'm wondering if there's that much more involved with a Nick cruise that we would want to book one of those specifically. I'm sure that at three years old (when we plan his first cruise) he'll enjoy the kids activities either way, but what can I say, I'm a sucker for advertising.

I was originally booked on that cruise before

we got bumped off. To rebook for that week

Aug 9-16, I would have had to pay $2000 more

to go on the Nick cruise, so we moved to a different wk.

Geez we could use that money to book another cruise.

To be honest.....

Your son will not remember at age 3 if you

took him on the Nick cruise, so why not just

stick with the regular one RCCL offers? There

is plenty for kids to do on the cruise what

RCCL offers.

I'm sure he won't remember/know the difference, but I do want to make sure there's enough to keep him entertained on the ship. I probably would book Nick for when he's around 7 or so because I know he'd appreciate it more, but I'm just trying to decide if it's worth looking into for when he's 3. I'm also thinking a Nick cruise would mean MORE kids and MORE crowds for family activities, whereas the age differences would be spread more evenly on any other cruise.
