Which island to snorkel?

Our ports are: St. Maarten, Dominica, Grenada, Bonaire & Aruba.

 

Our kids are 17, 17 and 15. One is a great swimmer, one is moderate, and one is a poor swimmer. Neither me nor my husband are great swimmers either, come to think of it.

 

We'd like to snorkel only once (maybe twice at most) because not everyone in the family likes it. Also, we do better with half-day excursions not full-day, if possible.

 

We've snorkeled with Eagle Ray Divers in Cozumel (they were wonderful), and the speedboat/turtle/snorkel outfit in Barbados (I can't remember the name but they were only so-so).

 

Can anyone suggest which islands and which outfits? Thanks!
