Where For Discover SCUBA?

I've seen some threads on SCUBA in Grand Cayman but the recommended websites seem focused on certified divers. My father and I are looking to do a beginner's dive when we come in on the Legend in October. One option would be to do it through the ship, but we'd prefer to book privately if we can. Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences that they could share with me?

http://www.edenrockdive.com/ is very close to where the tenders dock in Georgetown. You can easily walk there.
