I have over a 125,000 point and are thinking of using them for a free cruise 7 night Mexican Riviera cruise for two (minimum available oceanview stateroom).

We are thinking of going in August of 2009.

Heres my questions:

1. Can I upgrade to a Balcony and pay the difference.

2. Can we bring a third person if we pay for that fare.

3. Do we have to pay taxes & port charges.

4. Do I call RCCL to book and then call for my voucher.

5. I know the vouchers are good for 180 days, Do I have to wait or could I mail them in when I receive them or is it to far in advance.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Yes you can upgrade and pay the difference

2. Can we bring a third person if we pay for that fare.

Yes you can book a 3rd person and pay their fare

3. Do we have to pay taxes & port charges.

Yes port taxes and gov. fees MUST BE PAID ON ALL in the cabin. The price for that does not get paid by a Certificate from your Points!

4. Do I call RCCL to book and then call for my voucher.

I always book my cruise 1st, then request to cash in my points with BofA. You must apply the certificate to a booked cruise within 6 months of the certificate date, you do not have to take the cruise within the 6 months. The certificate is what expires!

5. I know the vouchers are good for 180 days, Do I have to wait or could I mail them in when I receive them or is it to far in advance.

Vouchers are good for 6 months! Make a copy of the certificate before you mail it in. I would mail it in an have it applied to your booked cruise ASAP!

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you tell BofA that your are requesting a certificate for the 125K point free fare. You also may want to send the certificate certified mail with a return receipt!

Thank you

HAVE A GREAT FREE CRUISE!;)
