From my experience, call Carnival directly and ask for the Mil rate. I've checked other sites, the best they have done was match Carnival, so I figure what the heck why deal with a middle man:confused: . I always shop around but come right back to Carnival;) .

Other sites aren't allowed to go lower than Carnival as far as I know. I use the other sites as a guide, when they drop military rates then I call Carnival to get an OBC. It's easier to check online for drops than to call Carnival every day to see if the military rates have dropped :)
