First time NCL Cruise

Hi to all you NCL cruisers. We are 3 couples that have bppked our first NCL cruise Dec. 20th on the Gem out of NYC. Have 10 other cruises under our belts. (Celebrity, Princess, Cunard, Royal Caribbean) What can we expect from our NCL Christmas Cruise. We are all booked in a cat AE (first time ever in a penthouse). Is there anything special that NCL does during Christmas??

You have picked the "cream of the crop" for NCL ships, with the Gem being brand new, and on top of that, an aft suite, coveted by all! Do take advantage of all the "suite life" has to offer you! The ship will be beautifully decorated for Christmas, if past cruises on other ships is any indication. Beyond that, I'm sure some other posters can fill you in on holiday cruises on board NCL.
