Island Princess Hawaii 3/20/05

My wife and I (active mid-60's) are booked in Cabin B514. This will be our first Princess cruise, and we would like some feedback concerning the ship (food, amenities, service, entertainment, etc) and Hawaii itinerary. We have recently sailed on the 7 Seas Navigator (fall foliage NYC to Montreal), Peter Deilmann Mozart (Danube 10-day Passau, Germany, to Constanta, Romania); and Crystal Harmony (12-day Costa Rica to New Orleans), and we also enjoy Celebrity. How does the Island Princess compare with these?

Many thanks

We will be on this cruise also, It is our first with Princess, have been on numerous Carnival ships. We are looking forward to the time at sea. All of our other cruises have be very little time at sea. I have been watching the post on the roll call section. From what I have read, it should be a good time.
