Rollexx Posted September 10, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 10, 2008 Not sure of the number, but if you go to mapquest...zoom in on downtown Seattle. Go to Aerial view and find Safeco and Quest Field. Now follow 99 south past Safeco about half a mile. The rectangular green topped building is the cruise terminal. Latitude 20 Posted September 10, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 10, 2008 I think the current plan is to have Pier 91 ready for cruise ships by April 2009 (we'll see ;)). It's north of downtown and actually in a much better area than the current pier. Seattle Center, the sculpture park and downtown are much closer. Cruisin' Chick Posted September 10, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 10, 2008 Currently terminal 30 (66 is further up north and used by other cruiselines) that's near the sport complexes downtown. But was just reading about the new pier that should be ready by next spring. If you check the website for the Port of Seattle, there's a map of the actual terminal. Rstamper Posted September 10, 2008 #6 Share Posted September 10, 2008 That would be great to have another pier in Seattle! Currently Princess uses Pier 30. We are sailing on the Golden Princess in a couple of weeks.
wrp96 Posted September 11, 2008 #7 Share Posted September 11, 2008 The cruiselines that currently use Terminal 30, which includes Princess, are supposed to move to Pier 91 next year but it isn't certain that will actually happen. Terminal 30 is to the south of downtown Seattle. Pier 91 is to the north of downtown Seattle.
