What is cabin type BL?

Nope - not bragging. I have never been on cruise so am ignorant. :o

So BL just means balcony (which is what we want). I did go into the options and all balcony classes have a free upgrade to 8H, so why would I bother selecting a more expensive option to get to the same place?

Thanks!

You select edit, so you can put in the booking code, it then comes up with a list of 8H cabins that you can pick for the BL price. Otherwise you just get a BL and they'll put you anywhere.

I am looking at the online booking tool and going through the Carnival assigned method. It puts me in a BL room category. Any idea what that is?

Thanks.

On the Miracle, a Spirit class ship, a BL could be a 7A or better. On all other Carnival ships a BL is an 8A or better.
