Has anyone seen WHEN/IF/WHAT/HOW the Pritzker family intends to dispose of their 80% ownership in MARMON(?) which owns 15.6% of RCCL (+/-)...?

Apparently Marmon Holdings is now 60% owned by Berkshire Hathaway as of March this year.

If you follow the ongoing story in the Wall Street Journal - they aren't necessarily going to outright sell anything. They are just trying to figure out ways to spread the ownership interests among the current generation of siblings and cousins. One way might be to take certain interests (such as Hyatt) public - or by splitting up the partnerships into various blocks... For instance, Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett) investing in Marmon gives them ways to spread money around and keep cousins happy without totally selling off the business.
