Which car rental at International Pier (Cozumel)

Which car rental agencies are located directly at the International Pier in Cozumel? I'd like to reserve in advance with either Avis, Hertz, Alamo, etc. but don't want to have to shuttle anywhere to the car.

There are tons of them at the pier...no shuttle necessary. We booked ours in advance through cozumelinsider.com. i think it was with avis.
