Need help for what to do in Curacao

My husband and I just got married on Sept 6th and we are leaving for our honeymoon cruise on Sept 19th :D . One of our ports is Curacao, we've never been there before and would like to get some suggestions on what to do and where to go :confused: . We do enjoy the beach so the best beach suggestions would be greatly appreciated too!!

Hi- There are many small cove beaches in Curacao. A few months ago, we took a ship's excursion to Blue Bay Resort which was very nice. Good swimming, good snorkeling- good facilities-restrooms, restaurant, bar etc.

There is also a pool for guests to use. Blue Bay Resort has a website.

 

Another good beach is Playa Porto Mari and you can find info on this forum about it. If you Google "Curacao beaches", you will find some photos.

 

Some people enjoy the Sea Aquarium and beach.

 

When we go to Curacao, we usually do a beach excursion in the morning and spend the afternoon in Willemstad. Willemstad has lots of sites to visit (floating market, Ft. Amsterdam etc.) and it has many shops and restaurants.
