Mariner & golf

Has anyone ever tried to arrange a golf excursion while on Mariner? Do they have a golf pro on board or is it just the Excursion Desk that sets up tee times? Just trying to figure out if I should try to book my own tee times before I leave. Also, I know they have golf nets up on one of the decks.....do they have practice balls or should I bring extra?? Thanks!

No there is no golf pro on board the ship.

You are correct that the excursion desk would do it.

Well they have a few beat up practice balls in the two nets

and a few beat up rusty irions in a cabinet.

You might be better off on your own.

We had a foursome that played in St. Thomas.

Made the arrangements before we left on the trip.

They had excellent rental clubs. Cobra & Calaways.
