Taxi in Nassau

We would like to get a taxi over to Atlantis and then buy the pass to tour the aquarium. My question is: Are all the taxi's you see when you get to the port o.k. to use or do you need to look for something specific? We've sailed to Nassau plenty of times but have always used the ships excursions. I kind of remember them telling us to only use specific taxis if going off on your own for safety. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. :)

The time we went all were okay - should cost about $4.00 per person plus the $1.00 for the bridge.
