bbqgrlluvs2cruz Posted September 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Checked reservations today as I have been for the past 2 months lol. And wow 4 days til embark we were upgraded to next category. But now I have to find out if I need to reprint my setsail pass with new room #, I know I can just do luggage tags at port. Anyone know? Sue? (lol)
wrp96 Posted September 25, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Since you have time, why not reprint your setsail pass?
alansfreed Posted September 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted September 25, 2008 I wouldn't worry about it. All of that will be in their files when you check in, and your SeaPass will reflect the new room assignment.
Sue L Posted September 25, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Just go to the setsail section and click edit and reprint the pass. Take a sharpie magic marker with you to the port and ask the porter for new tags. Use the marker to write your new number so it is nice and bold. bbqgrlluvs2cruz Posted September 25, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Thats what I was thinking, especially since they changed it. Just didnt want to if wasnt necessary. Have all documents already together and sealed in envelope, ready to go. Thanks! :)
bbqgrlluvs2cruz Posted September 25, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Hiya Sue thought maybe you called it an early nite. So you think I should reprint, thats all I needed to hear, dont want anything to hold us up at port. Will get them out and take care of that right now. Woohoo upgrade I did a happy dance today lol. Its only inside upgrade (cuz, I get sick from looking out window on ship; go figure) But anytime you can go from 152sq. ft. to 323sq. ft. at no cost is wonderful. Thanks Sue! sea-cruise Posted September 25, 2008 #9 Share Posted September 25, 2008 I stuck blank address labels over the existing stateroom number, and wrote the new one on the luggage tags with a sharpie marker. It only took a couple of minutes to reprint the setsail pass. Bon Voyage! :)
ms8654 Posted September 25, 2008 #10 Share Posted September 25, 2008 For luggage tags there were blank ones at the pier and the porter had a sharpie that we used. For the set sail pass, we didn't redo them. However, make sure when you are checking in you actually receive the correct cards. We were given cards for the couple who ended up in our original room. Ironically the names were a man and a woman (we were two women traveling) and based on the names it should have been obvious that that was not us. It took about 10 minutes for the lady to get it straightened out.
