Saw the Grand Princess docked in NYC. That's one big ship.

Driving down towards the end of the West Side Highway (Joe DiMaggio Highway) I had perfect view of the Grand Princess and Celebrity's X docked in port this past Sunday.

I think Princess ships are more stunning to look at than others, w/ the exception of maybe Cunard's Queens, Grand Princess looked so bright, white and clean -- and very very long. A very contemporary but elegant looking ship.

What's so unusual is that she dwarfed the passenger terminal, piers, all the traffic, cars and people. She really is one big bad boat.

I regret not taking a picture to able to attach in this post. I don't know what her current itinerary is (well, obviously assuming Canada/New England's fall foliage tours).

Anyone know when the Grand is leaving NY and where she's heading next?
