flagger Posted September 29, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2008 Tell me about your experience in stateroom 7175 on an M-Class ship. We just got off the Jewel where we had an Oceanview. We thought it would be tight for three people, but we are looking at that stateroom for the Mille. It looks to be the same inside, but has that huge balcony. We are 40 something and our daughter will be six at the time of the cruise. Your thoughts?
dutchess43 Posted September 29, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2008 I think you will be fine you do seem to have a bigger balcony then some of the other 2b's.
BKFlowerMound Posted September 29, 2008 #3 Share Posted September 29, 2008 We were in 7171 on the Infinity in August with 2 kids (ages 6 and 9). 7171 has a slightly smaller balcony (it is angled rather than double sized). You should be fine in 7175. The fold out bed would extend all the way to the desk so I would use the upper berth (which our kids fought over anyway). You'll still be able to access the balcony with the upper berth down. There is plenty of storage in the cabin. 7175 will be great for access to both the Fun Factory and the dining rooms. Enjoy your Cruise.
bobbyleduck Posted September 30, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 30, 2008 It will be a little tight. We were in 7176 (same cabin, other side of ship) on Infinity, and the balcony is nice (larger than normal for that class of cabin), but the cabin isn't at all larger. If you're used to tight quarters, with your six-year-old, then don't worry about it. About the elevators just outside your door. Not a problem at all. As stated previously, great access to the Fun Factory and the Dining Room. Happy cruising to all! Bob
crazybus Posted September 30, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 30, 2008 Not to worry! I have already sailed with 3 adults in a cabin that size. It is a little tight but how often are you really in your cabin?:D
Pupsweet Posted September 30, 2008 #6 Share Posted September 30, 2008 You'll love the larger balcony ... we've stayed in that cabin, but as Bob mentioned, the cabin is the same size as all other balconies on board ... and perhaps a tad tighter than the Jewel.
