valancy1 Posted September 30, 2008 #3 Share Posted September 30, 2008 Hi all, We have booked the 8A Cat. get free upgrade to 8C Cat. By the way, I wonder can I called the sale department asked them to do 3 way call for an upgrade? thanks!!:) Get your deck plans from the Carnival site up and call whomever you spoke w/ and see which ones they are offering. If you like the back of the ship, that's where they are, GENERALLY, and the 9A class also has those coveted "Aft Wraps" balconies. For $80 I would switch in a heartbeat. I asked my TA and Carnival said I could upgrade... for $360! So don't let this good deal get away if you like the back of the ship!
aggieastrosfan Posted September 30, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 30, 2008 Heck, I would do it even if it wasn't the wrap. They still have a large balcony and bigger cabin!

kermer Posted September 30, 2008 #7 Share Posted September 30, 2008 GENERALLY, and the 9A class also has those coveted "Aft Wraps" balconies. On the legend the 9A are all right next to the elevator. My question to anyone is can you hear the elevator through the wall?
AZ Karaoke Girl Posted September 30, 2008 #8 Share Posted September 30, 2008 I've not been on that ship but I think the elevators & talking etc are pretty quiet. Here is a picture of a 8E aft on the Spirit. So a 9A will be even better. Enjoy.
sdirector77 Posted September 30, 2008 #9 Share Posted September 30, 2008 You better grab it that is awesome. I have stayed in a 9a twice and I do believe is it one of the best cabins.
