Ocho Rios or Grand Cayman for Dolphins??

We are leaving in a few weeks for our Western Caribbean cruise and my daughter (9) really wants to play with the dolphins. I think she may be afraid to actually swim with them, though once she gets there she may be ok with it, especially if her dad goes with her. We already have an excursion booked for Cozumel so I'm wondering which port would be better for the dolphins. Ocho Rios or Grand Cayman?? This is our first time to any of these ports so any help would be much appreciated :)
