The picture that you put on your posting of the Galaxy..taken from the Harbour House@Pier21...was that the ship that was the fartherest from the camera? If so, was it docked. It was my understanding that the Harbour House is next to the pier...that looked like a long walk...my DH isn't going to appreciate my 4 bags and his...lugging it down to that ship! :eek: Maybe I just won't show him that picture... :D

It is the far one. The walk to a Carnival ship would be okay but to the other one gets to be a good haul.:)

check the fun map out....look for the harbor house....then look left...several blocks....you'll see the pier...will have to 'lug-that-luggage"

or throw it in a taxi. this is a cute little map and galveston.com is absolutely full of 'stuff'

Thanks for the info...and the fun map...that was neat. Maybe we'll drive down with the luggage then take the car back, park it and then walk back. Where there is a will...there's a way. :rolleyes:
