Jewel/Serenade Ship Design

Hi everyone:

 

On the Jewel/Serenade of the SEAS there appears to be no cabins right at the front on Deck 9 (white space on deck plan). However, there appears to be port holes in the picture. Are these cabins for the Captain, Officers etc. Would it be noisy being right next door to this area(cabin 9500)?

Cabin 9500 is very very quiet, as we've stayed close to that cabin before. The white space is part of the Bridge on Deck 10, so no noise.
