Buses In San Juan

I have read that there are buses from Old San Juan to Isle verde. I am staying at Embassy Suites post cruise AOS. AOS goes out of Pan American Pier ,does anyone know if the A5 ? bus goes near the Pan am pier? Thanks in advance.

I am not a bus expert, but I don't think the buses will work for you.

1st- there is no bus that goes to the Pan Am pier. A few pass the entrance to the area of the Pan Am pier,but it is not really close (and I don't know if there is even a stop a the entrance of the area).

2nd- buses don't allow luggage on board- only carry ons.

The taxi fares in and around San Juan are regulated and very reasonable. From the airport to Old SJ is about $20.

And the bus service is quite erratic :eek: . Save yourself the hassle and take a cab for a much more pleasant end to your cruise :cool: .
