I am cruising out of FLL with my elderly parents. Could anyone recommend a restaurant near the port for breakfast the morning of embrakation.

I am cruising out of FLL with my elderly parents. Could anyone recommend a restaurant near the port for breakfast the morning of embrakation.

 

 

There is a place called Lester's Diner on State Road 84. They have a really good breakfast, and it is about 5 minutes from the port entrance. When you leave Lester's all you need to do is go east (make a right out of the parking lot) and then cross over US-1. There is a port entrance there (it primarily for the cargo trucks), but you can show your ID to security, and they will let you trough with directions to the parking garage. There are also a couple of other lots that may be a little cheaper along the way. They offer a shuttle service to the ship.
