Room 9278 aboard The Freedom

48 days and counting...DH and I are finally getting our honeymoon...25 years later. Just checked Carnival's website and we have been assigned to room 9278. Anyone care to comment on this room. It looks relatively close to the Millinneum...wondering about the noise factor.

 

Also...I want to say thanks to everyone who posts...I have got several ideas and will be using many of your suggestions.

I have stayed on the Lido deck on Freedom's sister ship, the Valor. It is an awesome deck! The Millinneum is the atrium from deck 3....very little noise comes up that far. We found this deck to be very, very quiet since there aren't a ton of cabins up there. We didn't have a balcony room, so I am not sure about noise coming from the outside, but I doubt it is too noisy.

 

What is great about Lido deck cabins is you are on the deck for the pools and the buffets. It's a short walk to both!! You can run back to your cabin from the pool quickly throughout the day without walking the length of a few football fields!!
