bigindy Posted October 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2008 I read about this park that is near/in the Nassau Harbor. I can't find anything about how to get there on one's own. I was hoping that since it's a national park that it would be accessable other than by a tour. Anyone been there? I read the snorkeling is good--any feedback will be greatly appreciated! Anthol island is hardly a national park. It's the island at the mouth of the eastern end of the harbour. Nothing but a big coral rock with a couple of small sandy beaches tucked away. It's got old rusty trucks and some navy "leftovers" on the island. Really.. nothing at all to see. The Sea Gardens are just off the rocky side of the island. it's really not a destination at this point.
