Lounge location on Fascination

We cannot seem to find the lounge "Passage to India" location on the Fascination. The Carnival.com site is down again and it is not indicated in the carnival catalog. Can anyone advise? We have a meeting in that lounge on the first night of our November 1 cruise. Thank you in advance...:confused:

I was just able to get on Carnival.com. It's on the Promenade deck.
