MBNA Rewards Card Question

I was wondering if anyone has received a notice of the change of the rewards program turning into a worldpoints progam. Does anyone know how it works? Do we lose our current amount of points? I almost have 500 points that I want to redeem on my next cruise. I hope I don't lose them.

 

I have a feeling that it is going to be more difficult to accumilate points toward a cruise.

 

Any info or knowledge of this progam would be appriciated.
