NCL - Tubing - two choices - advice?

Has anyone been on the two choices available for tubing with NCL?

 

One is Jungle River Tubing and Ruins which sounds about my speed and you get to see a little bit of wildlife. The other sounds like the traditional tubing experience through caves - I'm not that crazy on caves but I think I can do it.

 

Has anyone done the Jungle River Tubing and Ruins?

 

Also, if my husband is 300 llbs and 6'3 would he be comfortable in a tube?

There are 2 operators that I know of not thru the ship.

 

One is cavetubing dot com and the other is cavetubing dot net. We are going to give dot com a try this time.

We were just on the NCL pearl and booked through cave-tubing.com and thought they were incredible. We did the atv and cave tubing with them and felt incredibly safe. we would reccommend them in a heartbeat. Our safety was paramount and they were all about timing getting us back to the ship. They are cheaper than NCL and better in my opinion.

Thanks for getting back to me. My three sons are going to go cave tubing by themselves and I was worried after reading about snakes, woman drowning and really cold water. I am glad you had alot of fun doing it. Did you think the water was really cold? What type of shoes did you wear for it also?

 

They are signed up for cavetubing dot com also with Yhonny.

 

I didn't sign them up for the ATV riding as only one of them has his drivers license and he doesn't know how to drive a stick shift. You need to drive a stick for this don't you?
