Getting BACK to the Pier from Progreso

Everyon talks about taking the shuttle from the pier/ship into Progreso. But there's no information (at least none I can find) that gives specifics on getting back.

 

So --

Where do you catch the shuttle back to the ship?

How often does the shuttle run throughout the day?

If one wants to take a taxi, is it possible?

 

Any other info we need to know?

You catch the return courtesy bus exactly where it drops you off in Progreso and they run about ever 15 minutes.

The shuttles run continuously and are free. You catch it where they drop you off, which is near the pier. Worst case look at the buses driving across the pier and walk in the direction they came from until you see the (usual) line of of people waiting to go back. The buses are run by Autoprogreso.

 

You can take a taxi, but they are not free.
